PBTX – Intuitive snowboarding is balance through asymmetry. Sideways snowboard stance gives an asymmetry that requires us to move differently when initiating toeside and heelside turns. Pickled Banana Traction has a deeper sidecut on the heel edge, which initiates a little sooner and easier than the toeside, balancing out the lack of dexterity our heels have compared to our toes and forward bending knees. The third of the core closest to the heel edge is softer wood for a smoother transition over to that edge. The only difference you'll notice is snowboarding feels easier.

Flex Rating: 3 (1 Soft - 10 Very Stiff) – A medium flex makes every run on the mountain feel like a lap in the park.

Magne-Traction – Get a grip with the edge hold and control that you deserve. Magne-traction works like a bread knife, cutting more efficiently than a straight edge because of the serration.
