What happens when you mix a Maple stringer, Italian made machined foam, Mod Pour Foam, parabolic Paulownia wood, and a carbon fiber and glass weave? You get the super studious Ronix William Intelligent Core Wakeboard. The liveliness of this board's shape snaps the board into the rider as they leave the wake, without making the explosion too absurd. It has the latest in progressive shapes for the next generation of riders with bigger wakes, faster speeds and longer rope lengths in mind. A growing trend is going towards faster boards. Having shapes that ride higher will push the tail up meaning less resistance, and reducing the total rocker height creates more contact with the water. The William has more top water momentum, so you don’t have to work as hard. Sit back, relax, and let the force be with you on the Ronix William Intelligent Core Wakeboard
Reduced Rockerline Height – Common misconception is that you need added rocker for increased lift. This rail design and rocker naturally carries more forward momentum.
Late Rocker – An exaggerated rocker line with a later arc and a higher degree provide a more straight up explosive pop. This style of rocker creates more of an instant explosive buck off of the wake.
Thin Profile Shape – Creates more overall energy and added rebound off the wake with softer more forgiving landings
Vertical Sidewall – A more vertical sidewall pushes the tail out of the water for improved glide speed.
Interwoven Glass and Carbon – Carbon is actually woven together with the glass, and the result is the fibers working in unison, and not independently. This allows for more feedback with the water from a stiffer lay up
Arced Wood – Having this arced parabolic paulownia helps transfer energy to the rai of the board. This is for the rider that wants the most feedback both on the water and leaving it.
Maple Stringer – This acts as the spinal cord of the board, running down the middle of the core. It allows the use of lighter materials with more feedback without boards collapsing like a traditional flex board.
Fused Foam – By bonding Mod Pour foam on the rails with Italian crafted machined foam down the center of the board, Ronix creates the most responsive board yet, ready to snap back as soon as it touches the wake.
Mod Pour – A demanding alternative foam made from Ronix's exclusive blend of materials, this core has the highest strength to weight ratio Ronix has ever tested, setting the standard of the most refined recipe of foam in the market.
Krypto Cable – Different fibers woven together surround the profile of the board and are fused together with the Mod Pour Core. Combined with monocoque laminated glass, the sidewalls are the strongest part of the board.
Sintered Base – The most durable non-stick base material Ronix has ever tested on rails without loosing any glide speed on the water
4 Fiberglass 1.0" Fins & 4 Fiberglass .8" Utility Fins
Suction Cups – These are placed on the top deck to increase the connection with the boot for added board response.
G & R Technology – Grip and release channels have all the traction you need for boat or cable riding without creating unneeded resistance with the water.
Monocoque Construction – Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one to generate a more durable board on side impacts thus preventing the ol’ side delamination
M6 Metric Inserts – A higher thread count means more hold at a shallower depth on the board. Boards can be thinner profiles with a shorter insert, without sacrificing boot lock down.
