The days of leaving the wake’s transfer in an unnatural position are gone. The innovative Ronix Vault Wakeboard recognizes that your body is crossed up riding toeside and takes it into consideration with the design of the rocker, fin shape/placement. The profile of the Vault allows the rider to point the board with maximum grip to the wake without requiring excessive attack angle. This ride is a platform to develop your riding style— allowing a rider to stand more efficient— redefining the demands needed for the latest in toe/heelside versatility.
Construction
Krypto Cable consists of different fibers that are brewed up and then woven together to make a stronger compound. This surrounds the profile of the board and is fused together with the Mod Pour core.
Mod Pour is a stiffer, lighter, super saucy core with the highest strength to weight ratio.
Monocoque - Wrapped glass from the top to the bottom so the flash line is no longer the weak point of the board, but the strongest.
Rocker and Base Features
Early Rocker is an earlier arc with a mellower degree for a smoother, more consistent glide up the wake. A rider will be able to carry more speed up the transition and land tricks further out into the flats.
Rails/Edges
Toeside rail is thinned out to sit deeper in the water creating additional grip from this sharp profile.
Heelside rail starts off softer/fuller for a mellower transition, then blends to a more vertical sidewall with less resistance on the water.
Additional Features
Blended Energy is a combination of late kick and instant response off the wake, a perfect blend for riders with varying styles.
Toeside fins are deeper, longer and closer to the rail for a strong/stable edge hold.
Heelside fins are shorter and further from the rail for a quicker release on spinning tricks.
4 molded asymmetric fins track true in a straight line, but break free easier with more float in a side slide position and 2 fiberglass 1.7” fins

Great board shape cut different on from heel to toe making it way more comfortable and stable on hitting toe side air. Large center fin makes landing flip tricks much easier.

Comments about Ronix Vault Wakeboard 2012:

I absolutely love this board! 1st ride I was unimpressed with the assemtrical design. It was very grippy on both sides with good pop, but nothing to write about. Then I took the center fins off. Switchfoot like butta. Breaks loose effortlessly but still enough grip to edge hard for big jumps. Landing with no center fins are even better, probably saved me a hundered faceplants because its loose enough to land sideways. I don't have anything bad to say about it except I wish I had tried one sooner.

It's a pretty stable and easy to turn board, and does OK with landing jumps (although bein just OK might have more to do with the guy riding it)

Good board. 1st ride was last night. Has good edge control. I can really feel the difference in the toeside edge. Just point the board in it goes on the toeside. Board feels slightly "grippy" compared to my Phoenix. Didn't try and break it loose though. Has effortless pop. Really surprised me on the first pop. Took me out to the flats. Much stiffer board and harder landings than the Phoenix but most of that is on me as I'm use to the softer landings in the flats. Over all great board set up. Looking forward to cleaing up my toeside pop and tricks with this board. Hope its loose enough to break free and ride switch on. Definatly a board you can go right out and ride right away. Dosen't take much time to get the feel of. Good all around board.
