Monocoque Construction – The top glass and bottom glass are integrated into one structure, generating a more durable board on side impact and thus preventing delamination.

Biolite 3 Core – Cooked up in the Hyperlite labs, this is the secret recipe that Hyperlite has continued to perfect from day one. The industry's gold standard core material starts with Bio 3 foam and then is wrapped in layered glass. This yields a core that is strong enough for the best athletes but also perfect for the first time rider, and it is lighter and more durable than any Bio core that has come before.

Molded in ABS Fins – In order to augment traditional board construction, Hyperlite introduced ABS into the molded-in fin areas, reinforcing the areas that wear down first. These shallow fins end about an inch from the tip of the board, allowing for a buttery smooth release off of the wake, and increasing durability on sliders.
