    This is a light weight 1/4 zip that is used as a bottom or second to bottom layer now in winter but is fashionable enough to be worn by itself come late spring. It is thin but that's the point with this breathable and stretchable undershirt. You're not buying fleece. You're buying a well constructed wicking layer that won't make you hot when it warms up outside.
