These pants are great for keeping warm. They are super toasty. Be forewarned that they have a ridiculously high waistline. I can pull them all the way up to my chest. I'm not exactly sure why they are made this way, but they definitely look strange. They're okay for layering when out in the cold, but you don't want to just wear these around the house. For me, the jury is still out about these pants. They work for what I intended to use them for, but they look plain silly...

These pants are super warm and comfortable. Slim fits keeps them from bunching up beneath your snow pants. Great for winter sports or lounging.

I've worn them under my boardpants with a silkweight pair of long underwear in 7 degree weather and was sweating. Very soft, warm, and comfortable but I wouldn't wear them outside of a ski resort, they're not that fashionable if you're worried about stuff like that.

I've been using these pants while running during the winter months when the weather frequently dips into single digits and I must say that they are fabulous. The pants keep me warm yet are functional and breathable while running.

These pants are awesome and very warm I wore them with one base layer under my 20k shell pants on a day that was single digits not including the wind chill. Dakine is not known for making products that last so I hope these hold up well.
