    This jacket is light as a feather but doesn't skimp on features. I have only used it a couple of times so can't comment on the longevity - the material seems delicate so that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. I bought the size large even though I am more of a medium - I like that the arms are long and that I can wear this jacket over my down jacket with plenty of room and very comfortable without restricting movement.

    I bought this jacket, in hopes for a breathable lightweight jacket to go backpacking and hiking in, mainly for winter weather. When I got the jacket I was very suprised at how lightweight it is. It is Very light weight. The material is very well made and durable.
    I had not realized that it is a RAIN JACKET. I was hoping for more substance in the jacket and not just a rain jacket. If you are looking for a nice rain jacket, this would be it. Especially for backpacking, it is designed for that specifically.
    Also, I am usually a small in women jackets but this was a bit tight. It probably could have worked but I had to send it back anyways. It was just not what I was looking for.
