      Comments about Bonfire Magnum Jacket:

This is a great mid-weight jacket that will keep you warm and dry. I wish it was a tiny bit more breathable for warm spring days, but then again you should really just be using a shell at that point.

Never got wet even when doing cartwheels down the mountain or when snow almost turned into rain.

The only complaint I have about this jacket is the built in face mask/hood- it is held on by plastic snaps that are in turn 2 plastic parts that snap together forming a rivet on one side and a regular snap on the other.

Well, they should have used regular rivets because unless you carefully put your fingernail in between the snap to open it, the wrong side of the rivet comes off the jacket every time. If you're not careful it would be easy to lose a tiny piece on the mountain.

This isn't enough of a flaw to not recommend the jacket, just something to be aware of. Overall great performance.

      Comments about Bonfire Magnum Jacket:

Generally a good jacket. Has too many pockets and some unnecessary design elements that add to bulk. Probably not something I would take into the back country. But works great for the slopes and for general wearing during winter. Does all the things you expect out of Gore-Tex

        Comments about Bonfire Magnum Jacket:

If you want a jacket thats warmer than a shell but lighter than down, this is a perfect choice. The black on black design is pretty sick too.
