    Best Uses

      Comments about Armada Scrambler Jacket:

This has been my ski jacket for a whole season (approx. 50 days on snow wearing it) and will use it again next season. This jacket has everything I could ask for. Pockets/iPod pockets/other accessories are great, the pockets are large and have good zippers, there is a great pass pocket hidden under one of the main pockets (didn't even find it for a month or two hahaha) basically has any feature you could ask for. For me personally, the longer fit was good, but that just depends on what you want. The waterproofing and wind resistance is really quite good, I used it during a windy and wet rainstorm (wetter than anything I've ever skied in) and I remained surprisingly dry! It is not designed to be super warm, and it isn't, however I used it in -5 (Celsius) degree temperatures with only a t-shirt and a thin under-armor shirt and I was fine. For me, it was roomy enough that I could throw a sweatshirt underneath when it got cold. The armpit ventilation works well when it is warm out. Powder skirt and wrist cuff things (I don't know what they're called, sorry) work perfectly. Overall, it's the best jacket I've ever had, I can't think of anything to complain about.
