Armada Galactic Jacket – While it’s all too easy to make a series of space jokes here, the Armada Galactic Jacket really is out of this world. Packed with patented Armada features like the RECCO® Avalanche Rescue System, Riri AQUAzip™ Water-Resistant Zippers, and made with lightweight eVent® 3L Fabric, this fully seam sealed piece of outerwear’s incredibly advanced design is made to keep you warm, dry, and safe in any situation like no other jacket can. And of course, with its colorful Galacticon print, you’ll be floating in style too.

  • Material:The Armada Galactic Jacket is made with eVent® 3L Fabric, the combination of a highly waterproof DWR-treated shell material, eVent Technology’s patented waterproof/breathable membrane, and a nylon tricot backing on the interior that eliminates the need for a lining, all laminated together to form Armada’s most advanced lightweight fabric yet.
  • Tech Features:The RECCO® Avalanche Rescue System is a two part system consisting of a reflector and detector that enables rapid pinpointing using a harmonic radar for extra mountain safety. The Riri AQUAzip™ Water-Resistant zippers are engineered to keep you drier and warmer longer, locking out wind and water. The Reactive Hood system adapts easily to any changing mountain weather with external and internal access and quick-release tabs, and the powder skirt is both adjustable and stashable. All these features with a jacket to pant interface mean that this 100% seam sealed jacket will keep you toasty warm and dry all day and all season long.

    This jacket is the ultimate snowsports jacket! The multicolored graphics are awesome and it has beefy zippers that easily zip without catching. The E*vent material is more breathable than gore tex and 100% breathable. The fit is a bit wide and bulky, but i am a very slim guy and dont wear much insulation which most people will probably use given the jacket isnt very warm.

      Great Shell, Highly Breathable, waterproof, tight front zipper..remember thats what it is a shell don't expect to stay warm with just a base layer underneath..Wish it had a arm pocket to put your pass in so it would make it easier to detect your pass..Some additional pockets and some pit zips would be a plus..But you gain style points from the awesome colorway galactica..your friends can spot you easy!!

      amazing jacket! I am a short guy (5'7) but I'm pretty pretty skinny and armada gear always fits me really well. the wrist cuffs are huge and easy to get over your gloves but they snug up really well with the velcro system. All the zippers are big and easy to work with gloves. I think my only complaints are that the goggle pocket is too small for my goggles and that the chest vents dont have any kind of mesh in them, so when you open the vents you just have two big holes there. These complaints are really minor though and I did still give this jacket five stars. By the way, I would recommend Armada over Oakley any day. My previous coat was oakley and Im much more impressed by this new armada

      This jacket is pretty lightweight, but it keeps in warmth/keeps out wind very well. Still, I would recommend layering a couple layers under it on cold/windy days. It is super waterproof, and I am constantly getting compliments about the rad Galacticon print.
