2L MegaRex fabric, a two-layer fabric with a waterproof and breathable laminate coating plus a DWR finish. Designed for excellent waterproof, comfortable breathability, and top-of-line durability
SuperFlo Liner: made with reverse tricot fleece in the shoulders to provide warmth and mobility that will move with your body; Large-hole-mesh material up and down the underarm area for maximum airflow, quick temperature regulation, and no-snag comfort; last, Armada’s custom ARV-print small-hole-mesh is used throughout the rest of the body for the combination of warmth, breathability, comfort, and visual style

Comments about Armada Cruiser Jacket:

This jacket looks and feels great as far as weight and material make-up.

The chest felt great, and the jacket has a slightly longer cut. What I did not like, and why I returned it, is that the sleeves are really narrow on me. I could not get fleece under this without appearing to look like the HULK or that I was stuffing my sleeves for muscular appearance :).

I am not sure if this was made this way on purpose, but if you have muscle tone or above average biceps (ie not skinny teenager or emo), then you may have problems with how this fits you.
