To help you move freely in falling temps, the women’s Burton Method Jacket is Trail Mapped with more 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation around the core, less in the sleeves for a better balance of warmth, breathability, and mobility. On-hill essentials includes pockets for hands, sound, goggles, pass, and ATM, plus quick-venting Pit Zips™ to prevent overheating. Magically remove the waist gaiter by simply undoing one stitch for a cleaner look off-snow.

The DRYRIDE Durashell™ 2-layer fabric features technical weatherproofing and breathable properties in a buttery soft yet bomber package. The Burton Method Jacket has a waterproof rating of 10,000mm and a breathability rating of 5,000g

        Bought this for my wife. She is 5'-6" 105 lbs and I got the XS. It fits really well. Sleeve length is usually a problem for her but these are plenty long. I have owned many Burton outerwear items and in my opinion they are the best.

          I bought this for skiing and I am really pleased with it - although I sometimes need a road map to find all the hidden features. There are the obvious pockets for media, wallet etc, but I owned it for a month before I found the drop down pass pocket (which I LOVE) the goggle pocket, and the inside right zippered pocket has a card sized vecro enclosure. All of those features make it perfect for the slopes I can stow all my gear comfortably. It's warm and comfy with a relaxed fit. I'd recomend it!
