This jacket is comfortable on, protects you from cold, wind, and snow, and looks good. The one big problem is that the zipper catches on the internal fabric constantly. You really have to pull the jacket material taut in order for it to zip smoothly, and even then I manage to snag it at least twice while trying to zip up or down every time.

This is a pretty major annoyance to an otherwise excellent product.

This review might be a little premature as I haven't had the chance to take it out boarding with me. I live up North where the temperatures get down to -30 degrees celcius quick. I've always boarded with Burton jackets, though they've always been the thinner (ones without goretex) where I'd wear a hoodie underneath and boarding like that would be perfect, even in those blizzard white out days where your visibility is 0, but you get loads of powder. Needless to say, without having to get my heart rate up, this jacket has been able to keep me warm with just a tshirt trekking around the city. Can't wait to take this up to the slopes with me hopefully soon. Glad that it's got a life time warranty too! Doesn't hurt to have that.

Bought this for my fiance. Can't get better than a Burton AK but the zippers are like that on a dry-bag and hang up really easy. Seems that the zippers are sewn too close to the liner.

I bought this jacket for snowboarding, but I ended up wearing it everyday. It's super warm and wind resistant. Well worth the money!

The way the zippers are constructed are sewn onto the jacket cause them to get stuck quite frequently.

Bought this jacket for my wife, who was looking for a insulated Gore-Tex specifically for snowboarding. This jacket totally fit the bill. Haven't used it on the slopes yet, but she is very excited to do so!

love the style and look of the coat. Have yet to test it out in the cold. But that is coming soon. Difficulty with zipping coat. It catches the inside flap in two different spots. Just gotta easy it up and down.
