Comments about Burton AK BK Insulator Puffy Jacket:

Excellent material and construction quality. This jacket is relatively thin for a down model but it remains insanely warm even in frigid conditions. I highly recommend this jacket for riders who require a solid base jacket for wearing beneath a shell, or for spring shred sessions where it still gets cold in the mornings.

Comments about Burton AK BK Insulator Puffy Jacket:

Love this jacket. It is light enough to wear most days but still warm in the Utah winter days. Love the color but my wife hates it, which makes me like it even more.

Comments about Burton AK BK Insulator Puffy Jacket:

Useful for underneath Jacket/shell for an extra layer of warmth. I order a size larger for comfort because so many of the Burton Jackets tend to be narrow/tight in the chest area. I think it is a little bulky as an insulting layer but it still fits under my size large shell.
It's great as a standalone jacket. A big plus were the pockets which are a great size. Many insulating layers I looked at neglect to add hand warmer pockets.
Have only used sparingly on camping excursions and hiking so far but am
looking forward to many days of use on the hill this coming winter.
