              I purchased this coat for my son who is growing like a weed. It's warm, waterproof, and great for school or skiing. I bought it on sale and it's not top quality, but, it will only last year before he's outgrown it. Top quality brands have a few more pockets, sometimes ribbed sleeve cuffs, and are more colorful. For my money as long as he is warm and dry it fits the bill!
