Bonfire Radiant Jacket

The Bonfire Radiant Jacket began as Bonfire’s "One Jacket" project several years ago. Their design group asked their team riders and retailers: "If you rode in one jacket all winter long, what would it be like?" The Answer: heavy oxford, fully taped seams, fleece lined with a classic fit, and REDLINE equipped. Here it is, no big deal… and don’t forget to check out the Bonfire Radiant Pants.

      Comments about Bonfire Radiant Jacket:

I helped the boyfriend shop for a jacket since he was skiing for the first time and had no idea what to look out for. Since he really doesn't do well with cold weather, I decided to get a slightly longer jacket for him. When it arrived, I totally regretted not getting a Bonfire jacket for myself earlier. It looks and functions better than any of my other jackets (I have 2), the fabric feels luxurious, the zips are smooth, the stitching is flawless, the design is subtly stylish with all the small details like where the ski pass and earphones go. Length is great too! This is more of a snowboard jacket, but it does a stellar job of keeping the cold out while skiing as well and it isn't too long. He wore a base layer and 1 fleece with this in -15°C and it was toasty. Best buy ever! Quality is 6 out of 5 stars!

I bought this jacket to go with my bonfire pants. It works great. Warm and dry in all conditions and it has so many useful features. I love the pass pocket in the sleeve as well as the powder skirt

          Comments about Bonfire Radiant Jacket:

I got the Radiant in Small as a gift for my skinny, lanky little brother, who is 5'10 and 130 lbs (he's a cross-country runner). Sleeves were great but overall jacket length could have been 1-2 inches longer. The powder skirt is very difficult button and not stretchy, rendering it nearly useless. Also, the collar velcro started coming off after 3 days of skiing. Luckily, we were able to sew it back on. Regardless of these flaws, my brother loves the jacket. It kept him warm, dry, and versatile skiing for a full week of 2012 Tahoe Christmas pow.

          Comments about Bonfire Radiant Jacket:

Used during supercold Vt weather (-15), warm, windproof, high collar an advantage... did get some condensation inside jacket (breathability?). quite functional jacket tho. ... Sizing runs big 5' 11" 195lbs large is a little too big.
