Comments about 686 Smarty Command Insulated Jacket:
I picked up this year's Smarty Command jacket to replace the one I'd worn the last few seasons. I like the jacket's looks, but the usability just isn't there. The cuffs are too small, making it hard to get them over your gloves, and, without the little velcro loops, there's no way to keep the liner from coming out of the arms when you take the jacket off. I think the worst part is that the audio pocket is now behind the liner. To get it at it, you have to unzip the coat and then part of the liner. It would have been better if they put it on the other side so that it was accessible via the chest vent.
