The strong aluminum construction can take a beating, so your 1.3 A Wing Fins will make threaded inserts a thing of the past. With an 8" running length, the A Wing Fins offer a long contact area for a greater feel with the water while the greater surface area provides a more uptight Atlantic style feel.
