      Helment looked decent. Easy to change size with a dial however, it was too small for me. My head circumference is 58cm, medium should have worked, but I found it to be too tight even without a beanie. My wife's head circumference is 55cm and it fit her nicely. I would have ordered a large size but they only had medium
