Alluring isn’t it? The Smith Allure Helmet delivers enlightened style and a plush, fleeced tricot lining in the world's lightest certified snow helmet. The self-adjusting lifestyle fit system makes the Allure more secure and comfy than ever.
Vents
9 vents
Internal airflow can be adjusted through the helmet’s regular climate control system with a low-profile slider.
AirEvac 2 Ventilation - Connects shell vents and internal EPS channels to increase airflow and evacuate warm, moist air to prevent goggle fogging. Cool, dry air is constantly pulled into to the goggle as the warm, moist air is exhausted over the wearer’s head and out the rear of the helmet.
Construction
Hybrid In-Mold™ Construction - Molds a lightweight protective polycarbonate shell to the EPS liner in the injection molding process for a clean, lightweight and low-volume.
Goggle Compatibility
Removable goggle lock securely retains the goggle strap on the helmet to ensure stability, comfort, and performance.
Adjustability
Snapfit SL Ear Pads - Ergonomically designed to be extremely lightweight, form fitting and comfortable, and are made for easy on and off.

    I hated the idea of a helmet and thought they all looked super dorky, but after a couple too many hard falls in the park I decided it was time. Lo and behold, this helmet was on sale. I had tried on the gray/pink combo but opted for the white one, which I love because it goes with everything. As the temp changed from sweat inducing to frigid in one day (God bless the NW), the vents in this helmet helped keep my head cool while locking in the heat and keeping me warm when the temp dropped. I was so glad I had it when I took a couple nasty spills that day- a little whiplash but it could have been a lot worse. Since I have to have a helmet, I am so glad I got this one.. It looks the best and fits great. Love it!

    The description also mentions the Boa system, but the Black Pearl helmet does not have that.

            This helmet is awesome. I've used in during super cold days and warm spring-like days, in various conditions, and my head and ears are always toasty warm (on the super cold days I added a headwrap under the helmet, as an extra barrier). I love how comfy it is - I forget I'm even wearing it. I haven't taken out the earflaps yet, but I love that it's an option. The fuzzy fabric on the chin strap is a nice touch. Great purchase!
