Giro Shiv Helmet 2010: Developed in conjuction with riders Antti AUtti, Risto Mattila, Gretchen Bleiler Anddy Finch, and Steve Fisher, the Giro Shiv is the ultimate park and pipe helmet. It’s lightweight, low profile and features Giro’s Mag Clip goggle retainer and interior subliner. With numerous goggle set up and fit options, it’s up to you to dial it in.
- Ventilation:8 Super Cool vents with Weatherstrip vent plugs allow for easy temperature control on the move. Low-profile design keeps them flat to the surface.
- Goggle Compatibility:Goggles can be worn either outside or inside the helmet thanks to Giro’s patented Mag Clip goggle retainer and interior subliner. Magnets are embedded in the helmet and clips can be attached to any goggles so you get a fixed feel without bulky clips or troublesome channels. Interior subliner allows padding to be removed while still retaining a comfy feel so that there is room for your goggles.
- Adjustability:Super plush padded chin strap assures ultimate comfort while removable ear pads make it easy to adjust to warmer weather, a hat, and simply your style.
- Features:Optional integrated TuneUps Audio give you the capability to rock out even harder if you so choose. TuneUps fit right into the ear pads so don’t worry about a bulky feel either.
