      I prefer the fit of this helmet to the Giro 10 because the Giro 9 does not have the microadjustment wheel, and it feels more secure and snug on my head. My old Giro 9 cracked at A-Basin in a hard fall, and I was very glad to be wearing it.

      Also, the colors of this helmet make it easy to spot me on the hill.

                  i'm 57. right on the border of medium and large. fits snug. i figure after i wear in the padding, it will be not so snug, and be perfect. visor is more flexible than you think, but that is good because it will bend first before it breaks. colors are bright, but that is good on the slopes so your friends can find you easier.

                  plugs for vents are easily removable, and i'm sure i will lose them soon because of this.
