The Giro G10 has saved my melon a few times. I have a big mis-shaped head and it’s hard to find items to fit my gargantuan cranium well. (sunglasses, hats, fake beards…) The G10 fits perfectly and works well with my different goggles without the dreaded goggle gap. It does have a goggle strap in the back though the pictures don’t show it. I am always worried how a helmet will look atop my head; with the G10's sleek look I have to say it looks pretty cool and no one has told me otherwise. It's not just for the freakishly big headed though the smaller sizes fit normal heads well too. This helmet is really lightweight; I barely notice it on my head… until I take a spill. The G10 accommodates any weather with its three vent settings (fully closed, half closed, and fully open) and removable earflaps. I wear mine all season long, it keeps my head toasty warm on those frigid windy January days, cool on the warm March days and comfortable in everything in between. The vent control mechanism is easy to use even with gloves on for on the fly changes. I highly recommend this helmet it will keep your head safe and comfortable in all conditions.

HAd a Giro helmet before but after a collision with a tree I decided to buy a new helmet and this with the adjuster offered the perfect fit. Having the ventilation open or closed allows you to wear through cold periods and in spring conditions.

I was tired of renting those nasty helmets at the ski resort but wasn't sure about which one i should purchase. I had read some reviews on this helmet from a SKI magazine and decided it was right. It has all the options I was looking for - main concern being adequate protection and comfort...and the cool blue color is awesome.

I was reluctant to wear a helmet for skiing as I thought it would be heavy , obtrusive and too hot . However, I have been proven wrong by this product which is light and very comfy to wear- I often forget I am wearing it ! On really cold days it keeps your head snug and on warmer days just open up the vents and feel the breeze . Having witnessed several people collisions in the Alps I feel a lot safer wearing a helmet.
