I have tried a bunch of different types of headphones for my bike ride to work and Skullycandy's have been my favorite. They come with three sizes of ear buds and I've tried two sizes to find the perfect fit.

Since they fit so snug, they block out almost all ambient noise and are super comfortable in the ear compared to every other type I've tried.

The only two complaints are that the cord is rubbery which is cool because it's stretchy but makes it more difficult to untangle after it's been crammed in my pocket. Also, after many many many days of abuse (I'm not very easy on my gear) I can tell one of the ears is starting to conk out unless I twist the jack. The writing is on the wall, these won't last forever. However, 100% of my earbuds fail and these have lasted the longest of the several other kinds I've tried (which broke much quicker).
