These POW Stealth gloves are fantastic. I purchased them after spending a season coveting my boyfriend's male equivalent version of them. The leather is soft, allowing for a nice grip (which is good for the days when I decide to ski instead of board). And they come with a little packet of Nikwax to keep the leather in a nice, waterproof condition. The only thing to note is that POW gloves run smaller than other brands. I have owned Burton and Dakine gloves in the past. In those brands I wear a small. With POW I wear a medium.

I used the Pow Stealth women's glove for trip in Decemberand January from Beijing to St Petersburg. We encountered plenty of cold and snowy weather but down to -31 the gloves were lovely. They are incredibly soft both on the inside and outside, I had enough flexibility to still handle my camera and I never felt any moisture or wind come through.

I often ski in the wet Washington weather. They are great gloves to use, they keep me warm and they fit perfectly. Downside is that they are leather and wet leather is not fun to deal with.

I have the stealth mens, which I love, so I got a pair for my girlfriend. The gloves looked super nice when we opened them up, but when she put them on the inner lining was digging into the creases between each finger. The fingers weren't even touching the end of the gloves, but the lining was horribly uncomfortable and wouldn't allow her to put the glove on all the way. Had two other girls try them on with the same issue. Can't attest for functionality of the gloves because she couldn't get them on even though they were the correct size. Hopefully it was just a defective pair, but still a bummer.
