These liners are amazingly warm. Sometimes too warm, if there's a fault. I've always had issues keeping my fingers warm while skiing and snowboarding. Between these liners and my gloves, I now have the opposite problem sometimes. It's pretty nice. Sometimes, I'll take off my gloves and ski with only my liners, to cool down. Although, Usually it's the other way around, since they aren't waterproof.

I usually overheat when doing black diamonds and lots of trees. However, for those nice and easy days or beginning of the day runs where I'm not amped up yet, they are perfect for keeping my fingers warm on lifts and before I've started sweating. The waterproof mittens I suggested are awesome too, they keep all the heat in for the rest of the day if you take the liners off once you heat up and they get too hot. I love these things, I hate being cold.
