With a DWR-treated nylon polyester shell, high loft synthetic insulation, a polyurethane palm, and DK Dry waterproof inserts, the DaKine Omega Gloves ensure that your hands stay warm and dry so you can stay out longer, no matter how bad the weather is.
Nylon / Polyester with DWR Treatment The surface of the shell fabrics are treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish to act as an initial barrier to moisture. The backside of the fabrics are also treated with another water-resistant and breathable coating or laminate. This acts as a climate-control system that lets perspiration out, but keeps moisture from penetrating inward, helping keep your hands warm and dry.
DK Dry™ Waterproof Insert Polyurethane inserts use a unique film technology that maximizes value and comfort. The waterproof inserts block water from the outside, keeping hands warm and dry on the inside.
High Loft Synthetic (110 g) A synthetic insulation with an excellent balance of comfort, warmth, and value. It resists moisture in wet conditions. Providing loft retention and an air space that holds heat and keeps hands warm. The non-bulky nature of this insulation allows breathability when conditions are warmer.
300 g Fleece
Polyurethane A highly abrasion-resistant and comfortable palm derived from a nylon substrate faced with Polyurethane. The end result is a premium synthetic palm material with superior durability, grip, and waterproofing.

Warmth Index: 3 Gloves and mitts are rated from 1 - 5 based on the amount of insulation and lining materials. Styles with a warmth rating of 1 are designed for warmer weather conditions or riders who require less insulation. At the other end of the spectrum, gloves or mitts with a rating of 5 are the warmest styles for the harshest conditions, and for those who need maximum warmth.

Comments about Dakine Omega Gloves:
Very nice pair of gloves for thin shells with no liners. Surprisingly warm given the fact they are not like many warm gloves that immobile you. Plus they have touch screen compatibility which is a big pro when it's called out; you obviously can take gloves on and do whatever you need to with your phone or just use your nose like many other riders, but these guys keep your hands dry and warm and your nose stick-free from the screen. The camo option rocks! That's the one i got and they are absolutely sick! Use to grasp the handles of the race gates, hold on to them tight grabs or just stay nice and comfy whilst shredding the gnar. To say i'm very happy with the purchase is not to say anything. 10/10 worth the investment
