              I instruct skiing and there are many time I am not active while waiting for lessons or stopping and discussing technique while on the hill. Even in humid/damp bitter cold weather these gloves kept my hands warm(I was hearing a lot of complaining about cold hands this particular weekend). I purchased the gloves for my brother due to my satisfaction from the glove both in performance and in value. I have some difficulty hanging on the my pole when they are not completely in my hand. This means lazily holding pole while on the flats, while strapped in and firmly holding my pole on a steep/mogul run there is no problem.
