I got this jacket for skiing and snowsports. It's the warmest ski jacket I've owned, perfect for cold, northeast skiing. The fabric repels wet snow and rain, the side vents are perfect for not overheating when it gets a bit warm. It has plenty of features to keep out the snow and plenty of pockets to store everything you need to carry with you. Overall very pleased with purchase. Highly recommended if you are tired of shivering on the ski lift. I felt the size runs a little small, I'm 5'6" and wear size 8, the large fist just right.

        The Maddie Down is so warm and comfortable it almost feels like you are in a sleeping bag (no joke, it even served that purpose in a road trip). Perfect for those extremely cold days in which you need warmth and performance. The beet color is super cool and different. Fashion meets function.
