The Arc'teryx Thorium SV Hoodie was designed as a stand-alone piece for cold, dry days in the mountains or the city alike. The box-wall construction emphasizes loft and uses Arato™ 40 nylon that is DWR treated while being durable and soft at the same time. The Thorium SV's insulation is driven by Arc'teryx Down Composite Mapping concept, which places synthetic Coreloft™ down in high pressure zones like the shoulders and premium goose down in the body and hood, making the Arc'teryx Thorium SV Hoodie an ultra-warm, technically brilliant piece of outerwear for the chilliest of environments.

750 Fill European Grey Goose Down
Down Composite Mapping – Strategically placed Coreloft™ synthetic insulation in areas where moisture may buildup, and down in the body and hood for maximum warmth.
Coreloft™ 100 g/m² Insulation – Made with highly crimped multi-denier siliconized polyester yarn, this lightweight, breathable, and thermally efficient, 100% polyester staple fiber is very compressible and has excellent loft retention.
Fit
Regular Fit – Arc'teryx's 'standard' fit, the complex patterns used utilize anatomical shaping and gussets to enhance motion and eliminate excess bulk. Trimmer than the relaxed fit with room for a base layer, a light fleece mid-layer and a synthetic or down filled mid-layer.
