I spent a month in Europe in these in January. It was wet and it was cold but my feet were warm and dry. I averaged about 7 miles a day on my feet, some days i did as many as 15. These boots performed way beyond my expectations. Never did i get a blister or hot spot. At one point i walked through about 5 inches of standing water and my feet stayed dry. The only thing they need after a month of punishment is a good polish and some more water proofing. I can't say enough good things about these boots.
