    Used this mainly as a travel pack - really liked the front and rear access. I used as a backpack for camera gear and light clothing on a trip to europe. Very comfortable even when stuffed - I assume it would work well with skis too. Removable goggle/sunglass pouch was very handy for small items. The only drawback was that it wasn't very waterproof when caught in a rainstorm but then it wasn't meant to be - its a winter pack! Would definitely buy again.
