Marker Tour F12 (Small) Alpine Touring Bindings (90mm Brakes) 2012: What goes up must come down. At Marker, it's all about having the descent of a lifetime. The Marker Tour F12 Alpine Touring Bindings are AT bindings for the skier who wants an all-day touring rig, but still wants great skiing performance. The Tour F12’s focus is on light-weight, all-day touring functionality combined with the downhill skiing performance Marker is known for.
Recommended Use
The Marker Tour F12 is designed for the lighter skier who spends the majority of time touring but still wants a reliable binding for skiing on resort.
Additional Features
Hollow technology base plate provides impressive stability combined with very lightweight gas-injected construction
Back Country Comfort touring mechanism allows for glove-friendly, comfortable opening and closing. Switching the lever to touring mode moves the whole binding 40mm backward for a balanced stepping motion and easier kick turns on steep terrain.
Titanium climbing aid with 7° & 13° positions can easily be accessed with ski pole. Integrated elastomer padding dampens the impact and noise.
Removable brake can be swapped with heel spacer and safety straps.
Height adjustable, gliding AFD for alpine/AT
36mm stand height above ski
No-pull-out screws
We recommend a brake width that is equal to the ski waist width and at most 15mm wider.
Power-Width-Design gives freeskiing bindings the ultimate power transmission for today's wide skis with the shortest frame of all hiking models in the market, 10 mm wider interface than traditional bindings (not built around the historic 63 mm SL ski like conventional bindings), and connection brackets extend upward on the outside for the ultimate power transmission.
Triple-Pivot Compact toe features a cross-axis toe spring.
Comfort 2 heel is a hollow linkage heel with aluminum axle that saves weight and maximizes torsional stiffness.

  • Ability Level: Intermediate-Advanced
The majority of skiers/snowboarders fall into this level, whether you like to carve on groomers or venture into the powder. These skis/snowboards may be somewhat wider than beginner-intermediate skis, usually with a stronger wood core and sandwich sidewall construction. Depending on the type of ski, intermediate-advanced level skis may have full camber, rocker, or some combination of the two.
