5'8" 165 lb, 35 yr old, strong, hard charger, ski a mix of everything out here on the West Coast. These boots fit well right out of the box with my Superfeet insoles swapped in. Like most boots, the stock insoles leave much to be desired. I have a duck-like flat foot for my left, and a low rise arch for my right foot. Lucky me! My previous boots, Rossi Squad Sensors, needed to be punched out so my navicular bones wouldn't rub/swell. Even after several punches, they still tore my feet up anytime I was in them for 4+ hours. Other than swapping insoles, I have done nothing custom to these boots and they're outstanding, fit wise. No punches or custom work needed. I regularly ski 6-8 hours with no issues at all. I wear a size 9-9.5 running shoe and the 25.5 fits quite well, if not just slightly big. Once the liners pack out, I'll probably need volume reducers or aftermarket liners to maintain complete control -even with the air bladders (which are awesome BTW). I'd say that for most people, the liners will last 1- 2 seasons before they start to pack out. The boots are stiff for a 100 flex rating, but not to they point where you have too work too hard. My prior boots had a 90 flex rating and these are considerably stiffer. They actually make my prior boots feel like park boots from a flex perspective. The rubber soles are a welcome change from the hard plastic slip 'n slide death machines of old. One walk around the resort & you'll be wondering what you've been doing all these years. Two complaints: 1) The quick instep feature seems to wear down pretty easily. I have about 40 hours in these boots & the outside portion of the quick instep is pretty worn. I'm actually considering bringing them in to see if it's a defect. 2) The liner instep has an upper & lower portion of plastic. They are not connected, so if you tightly buckle down the instep, the liner plastic can 'dig in' to your foot. This may not happen for everyone, but I have sprinters/cyclists calves and skinny ankles. The result is painful at times but I've found a fix in buffer layer of neoprene, but other fairly dense padding would work well too. To me, the many positives of the boots certainly outweigh the negatives. Nothing factory made is every going to fit everyone's feet perfectly. All in all, these boots are game-changers and I can't imagine a better bang for your buck. Pick 'em up!

I bought these boots for my 12 year old son who is advanced/almost expert. They are much better than the 70 flex boots he had before. For him they are stiff enough even to race, but not so stiff that he can't manage in softer snow or bumps.

The difficult entry is normal considering the boot flex. If my son were bigger and stronger he probably would have an easier time.

havent used them yet bc i ordered them very late in the season and its be ridiculously warm here in the northeast. Good things are easy entry/exit, good quality and fully adjustable buckles. Then only negative i can point to is that they feel a little heavy.

Great pair of boots. The air pumps give you quick customization of your fit, so if you want a tighter fit for some more difficult terrain, a few pumps and you're ready to go. Let all the air out for a more roomy ride going up the lifts or down some gentle slopes.

Good reasonable priced boot for all mountain use. A little tight in the arch. Needed to use hair dryer to stretch it out a little. Performance is good. Looks good and seemed warm enough.

I have only skied 3 times in the boots but so far all is well. The boots felt a little wide( I have med. to narrow feet) but thicker socks and the air pump fixed that.My old boots are an 80 flex and the 100 fles is a big improvement.

i could only rate these a 2 star because i never got to ski with them.. i'm a 26 mondo. i tried the demon in 25.5 and was too small..then i ordered the 26 and the left boot felt a bit large while the right boot had a defect..it couldn't hold air. so i returned them and chose to look for a different boot..i've owned the tecnica icon from years past and they fit great but i can't give a thumbs up for these demons.. but that's just me..

I love this boot. Many reviews say this boot has a tough entry and exit, not true. Even the first time I slipped these on they went on and off easy. I have only skied on these for 4 hours or so, but the fit and comfort is tremendous. The adjustable air bladder allows you to snug the fit up for those blazing downhill runs.

Mainly downhill skier, occasionally park, these boots are highly adjustable and easy to tighten up by either buckling further or using the air pump system. Occasionally these get a little too tight and can cut off the circulation to my feet, but thats mainly when I am really tightening them up. They feel a little heavy in my opinion but they seem well built. Overall great product.

These boots were a great steup to a stiffer flex level. They are definitely stiffer than a lower end intermeidate boot, but are still comfortable for being out and about all day - the air pump adjustments help tighten the fit as neede very well and are convenient when making adjustments.

Obviously I had to return these boots because they were too narrow and small. I am supposedly a 25.5 but my toes were crammed once I got them on. If you have wide feet this is not your boot. I ordered a 105mm forefoot and also a 26.5 boot and all good. Boot looks great but for narrow feet and go one full size up. Gave it 3 stars cause the boot looks sweet and the air would be good if it fit. My bad for ordering a narrow boot for wide feet!
