Being stuck in the midwest I could wait to try these boots in CO. In the 5 day we skied about every condtion. They are the most comfortable boots I owned. Super comfortable on groomers, and some powder. Handle well on moguls, and the few times I went in the park the flex was right on. For the double blacks and the powder I did find myself tightening them another notch, but they were still plenty comfy. I gave them a 5 but haven't tried some of the top end boots which probably have an advantage or 2, but if you ski everything and only have one set of boots, for the price I don't think you can beat these.

Comments about Tecnica Agent 80 Ski Boots 2009:

Nice boot. Like the flex, true to its number. I came off the Burn, so this boot fits me a lot looser. Probably could have used another half size smaller. Nice in the park for lighter people. Lacks a lot of the features of the Burn.

Comments about Tecnica Agent 80 Ski Boots 2009:

I have the 2009 boot and my brother has the 2008. Both boots perform very well for intermediate skiers. We'll probably look for more stiffness as we continue to advance in the sport.

I am a convert from Nordica and I automatically fell in love with this boot. I only placed hill pads that lifted my hill a bit higher, but other than that, no other adjustments were made. Took them out to the mountain and skied for over 8 hours without feeling any pain. These are really good for both use in the park and the rest of the mountain. Moguls felt like cream puffs...
