I've run these boots through the ice on the east coast and Utah powder (a total of 5 days), and they are solid all around performers for moguls, bowls, steeps, and groomers. Probably not the best for the park or free skiing big mountains, but that's not what they're made for either. There is no flex (and I'm a bigger guy), they efficiently transfer power to the skis, and they contribute to a very responsive ride.

The only con is the fit; I have an average size foot, but even with the buckles at their limit, the fit through the fore foot is a little too roomy. They also put pressure on my achilles tendons, which are admittedly very sensitive. All in all, problems that will probably be solved by visiting a boot fitter.

I tried on this boot at a ski shop then ordered online. The online boot was a little narrower. I would say the construction is not always exact in their sizing.

Comments about Rossignol Zenith 100 Sensor3 Ski Boots 2009:

First bought the 2010 version locally - for about $650 then found ther 2009 version at evo - for [$]. I compared the two and there was no difference beside a couple of colors. Excellant boot. You can really feel the slope with the sensor 3 technology. Light weight and very warm.Enjoy!!

Comments about Rossignol Zenith 100 Sensor3 Ski Boots 2009:

I use these boots for all mountain skiing and ski patroling and have liked them alot. The boots seem to be true to size and are comfortable enough to wear for a long day of skiing. The only downside is that they seem to be a bit on the soft side. I'm 6' 200 pounds and ski fairly aggressively and these boots flex more than I expected. They would probably be good for any intermediate skier that isnt too aggressive or large or who dosent care for a stiff boot.

Comments about Rossignol Zenith 100 Sensor3 Ski Boots 2009:

very happy with these boots - as somewhat of a novice, I appreciated their stiffness and responsiveness without any major discomfort or restriction. I was a little afraid of them being too advanced for my ability level, but I found them very comfortable and a very good match for my somewhat damp skis. would recommend - fyi, I have slightly narrow feet and average calves, and I used the boots exclusively in the midwest on mostly icy conditions about 15 times.

Comments about Rossignol Zenith 100 Sensor3 Ski Boots 2009:

These are a great pair of boots. I highly recommend measuring you foots length and width before buying a pair of boots online. I didn't realize how much the width of a ski boot mattered until I bought my last pair of boot. They ended up being to narrow so I order these boots which are 100mm wide and fit perfect.

Difficult entry. But that is due to extremely high arch I have dancing all my life and not a Rossi's fault.
