      Solid boot, I immediately got custom insoles and had the boot molded, as I do with all boots I purchase so that certainly goes a long way to help with overall fit and comfort. The con regarding entry/exit is applicable to all boots, no rear entry means better performance but you'll always struggle to slip them on if they fit well. Overall, a good boot for the money, definitely worth the lower price.

            I am in love with these Venus 8 boots!! No more "Lange Bang" and I was expecting to have bruised shins after my first day in them. For the skinny foot and narrow heel, these boots are AMAZING. I had zero pressure points while feeling completely strapped down in them. Lots of toe wiggle room and consistently warm throughout the day. Excellent flex and relatively lighter than older models, I really cant say enough about them. Venus = LOVE. Lange, you got it right with these puppies. [...] A very happy skier, indeed!
