My old boots were 26.5 Tecnicas and were a pretty tight fit length wise. I got theese in 27.0 (same shell as 27.5) and have more than enough room for my toes. But even with my thinnest socks and lower buckles completely open, my foot feels crushed in there. I was hoping they would pack out a bit, but after 5 full days of skiing these boots are still a torture. My feet are about average, definitely not wide.

The sole of the boot is also wierd. I don't feel any support at the instep, and there is no arch adjustment, but I feel a bump on the other side, right in the middle. So after a day of skiing it's quite painful to walk on a flat surface again, feels like your foot is about to break in half.

No complaints about quality of the boots, though.

Make sure you try these boots on before you buy, these are definitely not for an average foot, and there are no adjustments besides the standard 4 buckles.

This boot definitely has a snug fit, which is what I personally was looking for, and could not find in many other boots. If you hate heel movement, and feel like other boots you are trying on don't do enough to keep your feet in place, this might be the boot for you. In turn, as with any snugger fitting boot, they are not the ultimate comfortable boot. This is just the choice you usually have to make.
What drew me to this boot was that it was a relatively low volume, but still inexpensive boot, generally hard to find. This feels a bit narrow for a 100mm last, and there is definitely a little more pressure on the top of the foot than you may have found with other boots. If this is what you are looking for, this might be the boot for you.

So here is a different perspective from someone who never writes reviews but feels compelled to do so. I'm a fairly good skier and get down the hill with pretty much any equipment. I don't necessarily believe newer is better but these boots are supposed to replace my 15y old cheapo Nordica since I am worried those will just break up one day.
My god what a step back it is! Those old boots could be adjusted well to adapt to conditions and had a super easy step in with a quick fastener that could be opened to hike around.
These things here are like a coffin for your feet and provide no adjustment at all. You get in and are stuck for the day because sure as hell you don't want to go through the ordeal of getting in and out again. But the worst part is the fit. I don't have too wide feet but these things cut off my circulation so bad that even now, 1/2 week after 1st wearing them my toes tingle and feel 'asleep'. I have to go to the doc since I am starting to get worried about permanent damage - and I MUST check the Evo return policy. I loathe these boots...

These boots fit well. I was careful to measure both the length and width of my feet before ordering. My foot length in centimeters corresponded well to the MP size of the boot. The width of the boots seem to be around 100mm.

I skied with these boots for a week in below zero weather, and my feet were toasty for most of the morning until my toes began to sweat. However, with proper socks, my toes were never uncomfortably cold. There is room in the toe box for heating pads.

The boots can be difficult to put on or to remove, but they did loosen up as the ski week progressed. Don't be afraid to manhandle them in order to slip your foot in. However, after a day of skiing, I was a little too weary to remove them easily.

With some practice, the boot liners can easily be removed or inserted. The micro-adjustments on the latches are handy for achieving a 'just-right' fit throughout the day.

I have narrow feet and these boots fit great. The forward lean is just right for me. Last season I skiied when it was as cold as -13 degrees farenheit and these boots were still keeping my toes warm. They are snug the first few minutes but very comfortable afterward.

They are a little tight walking around the house. If I sit or lay down, my circulation goes. But I dont know how they will ski until next December.

a bit cruddy but still great skiing and the boots were the best fitting I have ever had,warm,comfortable and the right stiffness
