Shell design: Anatomically contoured heel cap provides better retention, and perfect ski control. Tapered mid-foot area holds the navicular and cuboid without applying too much pressure or being too loose, and delivers control for narrow and wide feet. Accurate in-step height, moderate upper flaps allow a comfortable fit for a wider range of in-steps and guarantees the perfect wrap. Asymmetrical toe box provides the proper volume to comfortably fit the toes without compromising control and feeling. It also allows for better thermo insulation. 2. Thermo Fit 2 - The liners highlighted by the RL3, RL2 and RL1 labels, are made with a thermo-customizable ankle pad material. The liners must be heated throughout using a hot air blowing system (100°C x 10 minutes). After heating, it is possible to fit the boot and obtain the customization of the liner's Fit. The foot "Retention Level - RL", is proportional to the material density ; RL 2, "Medium density" ankle pad material.
Thinsulate® - For the first time, 3M's technical fiber is used in a ski boot. The thermal imaging studies carried out in our laboratories show that Thinsulate® provides the best thermal insulation currently available on the market. A very thin fiber, it does not affect the technical characteristics of our liners but enables excellent foot envelopment for great skiability.
Full Warm Inside - Warmth and softness are guaranteed by the exclusive toe box construction and the high insulation materials used in all Woman specific boots. The insulation material is placed both in the cuff part and in the toe box of the liner.
The specific constructure of the velcro and the elastic material to which it is stitched to allows the power strap to have greater elasticity when flexing, giving a smoother flex to the boot, better shock absorption and a smooth rebound.
Max Grip - A particular polyurethane composition which gives a very high grip, ideal for short up hill walks
Ready For Heating - "Ready for Heating": Molded thermo customizable polyethylene + EVA foam ankle pads will be used in order to provide the liners with elasticity and comfort. Differentiated density from top (higher) to bottom (lower) will be used to get different Retention Levels: - 10 min heating - 10 min boots on, buckles closed, standing position - Buckles not too tight.
Instep Lock - "Instep lock": Reinforcements have been stitched on the liners to increase foot and heel retention.
Instep Pocket - Reinforcements have been stitched on the liners, adapting to all instep shapes to avoid pressure points and provide more comfort and accurate instep retention.
Pre-shaped Aysmmetrical Toe Box - To maximize the comfort and retain the warmth, the asymmetrical toe box is made of a bi-elastic and high thermo insulation material.
Power Wrap Wedge - The mid line reinforcement protects the shin, enhances the sensitivity and the precision during flexing.
