I am an instructor and was looking for a cheap boot that I can teach in but also go free riding in. They fit the bill pretty well, combined with an Evo sale at the time (when are things never on sale?!) I paid about $160.They definitely don't have all the bells and whistles but are great for the price. The cuff alignment and adjustable flex are nice features too.My toes do get a bit cold, but probably can be solved with some tape over the toe area to stop snow getting in, and if you are anything more than an intermediate skier you may find the flex of 80 a bit soft, works well for teaching in though. All in all, 4 out of 5. You get what you pay for.

Comments about Lange Concept 80 Ski Boots 2011:

Bought these for my boyfriend. He's got really wide feet and usually complains that his ski boots squeeze the top of his foot. He has made no such remarks with these boots, and we did get them heat fitted. He is so much happier on the slopes and now wants new skis to accompany the flashy new boots.

Comments about Lange Concept 80 Ski Boots 2011:

I was looking for a new boot after my liner tore in my old Nordicas and I hat to spend a lot of money, always look for a good deal. I was looking at the Rossignol Alias Sensor 80 for $250 and then I saw the deal here at Evo for the Lange Concept 80. I was a little hesitant to order boots online but I figured what the hell. These boots fit even better than the Rossi's hold my heel really well and are very comfortable. Glad I took the plunge and saved myself a $100.

Comments about Lange Concept 80 Ski Boots 2011:

These boots are great for the price. They have an adjustable flex setting, 70 or 80. This is not enough flex for a bigger person, (over 200 lbs.) or for racing. But for the recreational skier the lower flex is more comfortable for all day wear. I use these for teaching ski lessons, when walking and skating around on flat ground is common. Lange boots are known for being a little difficult in the entry-exit category. Thin socks make this easier. Another plus is that white boots will match, and go with almost any skis. In conclusion a great all around boot.

These boots fit great. I used a hair dryer to warm the linings then put them on and walked around the house (on the carpet) for a while. The foam seemed to stay in shape very well. They are a little hard to get on and off but seem to be getting easier with each use. Love them!

It is a bit difficult to get in to the boots early in the morning while they are cold. They fit well and nicely grab the heal. First day They felt a bit hard but next day after I figured out the right buckle setting I spent the whole day skiing with warm and comfortable boots.
I am very happy with my purchase. I picked a pair of boots from the web site and got something that feels great, looks good and is just great product.

Comments about Lange Concept 80 Ski Boots 2011:

My first pair of boots that I own. Compared to rentals - its in a completely different league. Skis are so much easier to turn. Tried them on once but under terrible conditions ( ice blocks on ice :( ), did not have time to test them thoroughly. However, in the short time I had them, they felt warm, responsive and comfortable. Feels a bit wider than usual, maybe I haven't adjusted it properly yet. Big con - hard to get in and out, especially first time. Once they've been worn out a little bit, it gets easier. Great boots for that price!

I like a lot of flex in my boot and these definitely give that. All around an A+. Add in the crazy fast delivery and great customer service from EVO and I rate the overall experience at the top.
