Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boots: The Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boot is built with a new 102mm last, developed by scanning tens of thousands of feet. By utilizing foot scanning technology the Blaster Pro provides an anatomically correct last, which works in conjunction with Lange's fundamental shell design. To provide additional leverage while closing buckles, a new buckle utilizing extender has been developed. The cuff features the Climbmatic, a new release system, which offers comfort on long hikes, tram lines or apres skiing. If you are a demanding skier who goes on all day ventures and needs a comfortable boot that will host all day ski-ability without lacking performance, the Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boot is for you.

  • Flex and Fit:The Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boots have a flex rating of 110. This slightly stiffer flex will allow for greater control while the 4 buckles and new buckle utilizing extenders will keep the boot feeling snug.
  • Cuff Shape:The cuff of the Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boots is tilted slightly forward for a more comfortable stance while skiing and not too far forward for when it’s time to unhook the skis and go for a walk.
  • Liners:The Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boots have a super soft fur liner that will have you considering leaving the socks at home. Trust us though, you’ll still want socks.
  • Additional Features:The Lange Blaster Pro Ski Boots have a new release system which offers comfort on long hikes.

          I bought these off season for a good price, so I cannot speak to their actual performance. They have a nice fit for my foot. I like the slightly wider last of the Blaster vs. the Banshee as the latter is too tight across the foot for me. The boot was advertised everywhere as having 110 stiffness but the boot I got has 90 printed on it. I was told by EvoGear, who talked to the Lange rep, that it was a printing mistake and they are really 110. I hope they are right! I'll find out in Jackson next season!

              These are the first pair of Lange boots that I have owned in my 40 years of skiing. All I can say is "I waited too long" These boots are first class. They are warm and comfortable and easy to walk in. I wear a size 9.5 E tennis shoe. I usually have to buy a size 10 because of the width. I ordered a 28.5 in this boot and skiied 3 days in Mammoth and have never been happier with a boot. When I got home I removed the foot bed and replaced it with same orthotic I use in my tennis shoes that are heat moldable for a more custom fit. I can't wait to ski on them next year. This is a great boot. Not too soft. Not too stiff. You'll love it.

                These boots are great for wide feet. I tried 5 different pair of boots before I got to these. I skied the rest of the season with no foot pain!

                I went a size smaller than I was normally using and it worked out perfectly.
