Product Info

Rumor has it that the Full Tilt Rumor Ski Boots are the holy grail of women's freestyle ski boots and whether you believe in rumors or not these boots are the world's lightest high performance women's ski boot thanks to their legendary Original 3-Piece construction and lightweight liners that mold to your feet. It also features Full Tilt s infinite natural flex and female specific shaped cuff and last for a combination of comfort and control like no other.

Product Details

Fit

99mm FTO Original 3-Piece ShellThis original 3-piece boot design is a living legend, we have the honor of bringing back to life each year in it’s original form. 99mm last width.

Easy On/OffTongue fully opens like a convertible, never blocking your foot. Slide your foot in and out easily with comfort in all temperatures.

Flex

Flex Rating: 6 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)Medium flex - Maximum versatility & reliability in all conditions with a smooth, natural ankle motion to eliminate shinbang! You can quickly change your flex by swapping out different # flex tongues.

Ribbed Tongue100% Ribbed tongue enables smoother, more natural linear flex from your shin to your toe. The tongue bends like a flexible straw, never bottoming out while providing smooth rebound. Spread the word and ring the city bell: NO MORE SHIN BANG!

Infinite PivotUnlike traditional boot designs, the rear cuff of Full Tilt boots never bottoms out. It pivots infinitely forward with your calf for less shell distortion, no shin pain and more control.

Adjustable FlexThe boot's flex is rated on a simple scale of 1-10 (10=stiffest). Change a boot's flex by simply switching the tongue (additional tongues sold separately).

Liner

Women's LastInterior liner is molded around a female specific last shape to anatomically match a women's foot, ankle and calf.

Performer Intuition LinerThe thinnest intuition liner for reduced weight, and increased maneuverability and affordability. Liner is built with 2 mm soft density foam, 4 mm open cell foam, and 7 mm medium density foam.

Wide ToeA thinner foam is used in the front of the liner to increase space without sacrificing control in the rest of the liner. This is for people with wider feet or who prefer a little more toe room. Can be handy in the park.

Shell Materials

Light Weight 3-Piece Shell ConstructionMinimalist 3-Piece design eliminates the need for thick, heavy overlapping plastic or bolts for increased quickness & sensitivity, and it is up to 2 lbs / 900 g lighter than some alpine boots.

Buckles

Nylon Ratchet BuckleFull Tilt's OG adjustment mechanism providing that mid-air (Don't actually try that.. but you could) micro adjustment with a lightweight, economical nylon lever construction.

CablesCable closure works like a shoelace to eliminate dead spots for a smooth even pressure flex & fit.

Power Strap

Power StrapNylon power strap gives you what you need to get the job done.

Sole

RubberheelReplaceable rubber Rubberheel improves grip and cushion when walking on hard surfaces.

Active Boot BoardSoft rubber layer in the sole of the shell absorbs vibrations, impact and shock for a smooth ride.

Comments about Full Tilt Rumor Ski Boots - Women's 2014:

This boot is awesome. Super comfortable, lots of adjustments for the perfect fit. Intuition liners kick butt and keep your feet warm. They are the lightest boots I've ever owned, I'm doing cart wheels, flips and pick up snow soccer in them. If you're looking for a durable, light weight, in bounds boot, look no further. Rumor has it these things are something to scream about!

I love these boots! I am an instructor and teach mainly kids. When I am done yeaching I like to shed as much gnar as possible. These boots let me ride all day. The three piece design gives as much flex as I like, but does allow a lot of water in if conditions get wet.

Comments about Full Tilt Rumor Ski Boots - Women's 2014:

I bought these boots along with three other models in an effort to find the most comfy and warm boots for my narrow foot. I usually experience a lot of slipping out of the heel pocket, so having a 3-buckle boot that locks the heel in place was tempting.

While these are definitely the coolest looking boots I've ever seen, and I really wanted to love them because of that, there was a bit of a learning curve to putting them on and buckling. If the old dog is willing to learn new tricks, you may want to try these.

Ultimately, I chose another boot because the last was just too narrow, and overall felt too tight. For someone with extremely narrow fit or low volume boot, this may be worth a try.
