Product Details

Flex

Flex Rating – 4 (1 Softest – 10 Stiffest)

The 5 ribbed tongue provides a versatile, forgiving smooth natural flex. This natural flex is made with a free hinging rear cuff that never bottoms out. Full Tilt tongues are inter-changeable; making it simple enough to swap flexes on-the-fly (extra tongues sold separately). This design also provides even pressure throughout due to the cables that work just like your favorite shoelaces.

Materials

Full Tilt boots are up to 2lbs/900g lighter per pair than other boots due to a minimalistic shell that contains no overlapping plastic or bolts. The thinner plastic also increases the feel and responsiveness, making these boots much quicker than other pairs.

Liner

The Plush Liner is Full Tilt’s most luxurious liner. It is built extra thick for the ultimate in warmth and comfort and functions as a body heat activated custom moldable liner.

Women’s last anatomically fits a woman’s foot, ankle, and calf shape.

8mm open cell extra thick warm insulation and comfort

7mm Medium Density Intuition® FoamThis cross linked EVA closed cell foam molds to your feet and transfers energy.

Wide toe uses a thinner foam in the front of the liner to increase toe space without sacrificing control in the rest of the liner.

Stance

102mm Female Anatomical Last

Full Tilt Influence shell design: influenced by the Original 3-Piece Design, but with its own roomier 102mm fit, and a price that can’t be beat.

NEW Women’s Cuff anatomically matches a female’s calf shape

Comments about Full Tilt Mary Jane Ski Boots - Women's 2013:

Bought these for my wife who always complains of foot pain. These boots were an attempt to keep her on the mountain longer, and it worked. Super comfortable but not as adjustable as other Full Tilt boots. We had to take them into the shop and have new cables and heel pads put in to get them tighter. Perfect for someone who complains about all styles of traditional ski boots.

Comments about Full Tilt Mary Jane Ski Boots - Women's 2013:

I have only worn the boots around the house, quite a fashion statement. The instructions for trying them on and breaking them in are excellent. The first time I put them on I was not impressed, felt way to snug and I was sure I would be in complete misery. Then I read the instructions and was able to wear them around the house for over an hour without any issues. I can not wait to get on the mountain!

Super comfy & warm, light weight for hiking the park & backcountry. No shinbang even on big drops and landings, control and agility on rails that I have never had in any other boot. Plus, they look so good that they make all the Newschool boys jealous. A bargain @ twice the price.

Comments about Full Tilt Mary Jane Ski Boots - Women's 2013:

The Mary Jane was my first Full Tilt boot. I loved them completely, early on- easy to get in and out of, super light, super comfortable. It wasn't until about halfway though the ski season that I realized that I was basically cinching down the middle buckle the whole way to account for the way my heel was lifting out of the heel pocket, which was sometimes causing some discomfort.

I have since transitioned over into the Soul Sister, and the pro liner makes a WORLD of difference. The Mary Jane is still a wonderful beginner boot though- that little bit of extra toe room for those not accustomed to tightly fitting boots is nice too- but I'd recommend you take it to a professional boot fitter to address the heel lift issue.

I'm recovering from breaking my lower leg in two places. I needed an easy entry/exit boot. Can't wait to use these boots this winter! Hopefully, I will be able to recommend them to other seniors that could benefit from their easy entry/exit.

Love how easy they are to get on and off! The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the buckles could go tighter. It would be awesome if the straps came so that they could be adjusted.

Comments about Full Tilt Mary Jane Ski Boots - Women's 2013:

in proper length could not tighten enough to prevent heel lift. Tried one size too short, still had heel lift (tried the other women's style with a narrower footbed in a 1/2 size too short, still too much heel lift.) Would be a great boot if one could tighten it enough to be able to control skis.
