Product Info

If it's good enough for B-DOG and E-DOLLO, then it's good enough for just about anyone. Phil Casabon and Henrik Harlaut are two of the ski world's most influential skiers, which is how we know that when they come together to design a pro-model boot, it's going to be good. A flex rating of 6 means that this boot is responsive and powerful, but not overbearingly stiff. If your day consists of laying down some freestyle jams all over the mountain, then the Full Tilt B&E Ski Boots are for you.

Fit

FTO ShellFull Tilt's original 3-piece boot design

Easy On/OffTongue fully opens like a convertible, never blocking your foot. Slide your foot in and out easily with comfort in all temperatures.

Flex

Flex Rating: 6 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff)Maximum versatility & reliability in all conditions with a smooth, natural ankle motion to eliminate shinbang! You can quickly change your flex by swapping out different # flex tongues.

Seven Ribs TongueThe most ribs in the industry designed like a flexible straw to flex naturally with your ankle & eliminate shin bang. Buckle tightness also doesn’t affect flex.

Infinite PivotUnlike traditional designs, the rear cuff never bottoms out. It pivots infinitely forward with your calf for less shell distortion, no shin pain and more control.

Adjustable FlexThe boot's flex is rated on a simple scale of 1-10 (10=stiffest). Change a boot's flex by simply switching the tongue (additional tongues sold separately).

Liner

Pro Intuition® LinerThe most power transfer and responsiveness of any Intuition liner®. All adult Full Tilt boots use authentic Intuition® closed cell foam that is body heat activated to mold 100% to your feet and shell during use, or can be heat molded by a shop in minutes.

Pro Laminate ConstructionA combination of EVA foam layers quickly conform and mold to your foot. 4mm Open Cell foam is warm and comfy, 2mm Soft Density cross linked foam in between, and 7mm High Density Closed Cell foam is firm and responsive, to boot… pun intended!

Power WrapAn additional layer of ergonomically shaped High Density Intuition® closed cell foam is wrapped around the outside of the upper liner to provide added energy transfer and horsepower to the shell.

Wide ToeFor people with wider feet or who prefer a little more wiggle room in the toe area, a thinner foam is used in the front of the liner to increase space without sacrificing control.

Shell Materials

Light Weight 3-Piece Shell ConstructionMinimalist 3-Piece design eliminates the need for thick, heavy overlapping plastic or bolts for increased quickness & sensitivity, and it is up to 2 lbs / 900 g lighter than some alpine boots.

Stance

Forward LeanTool-less forward angle adjustment: 4mm or 8mm

Lateral AdjustmentEasy, precise lateral angle adjustment: 12mm

Buckles

Ratchet BuckleFull Tilt's original adjustment mechanism providing on-the-fly single-handed micro adjustment. The Ratchet Buckle features light-weight, ergonomic nylon lever construction.

CablesCable closure works like a shoelace to eliminate dead spots for a smooth even pressure flex & fit.

Power Strap

Power StrapNylon power strap gives you what you need to get the job done.

Sole

Comments about Full Tilt B&E Ski Boots 2015:

First they felt a bit too tight, but after heat molding them they fit very well. The best thing about these is their weight, almost two times than regular ski boots i was using before (Tecnica Phnx). It means better pop and better performance in the park. The cable buckling system is very nice too, it allows the flex to work nicely, but buckling takes a bit longer than with classic buckles. Before they broke in, they have caused some blisters but I think it depends on the chosen size.

This boots are more park friendly but i use them to ride all over the mountain and they feel great. The first day they feel really tight and i heat mold them, then they feel better and after a week the boots fits perfect.I love the easy buckle and all the accesories that you can buy if something broke.

Comments about Full Tilt B&E Ski Boots 2015:

I ski powder and bumps on advanced to expert terrain. These boots are difficult to put on (much harder than the older Raichles) and the liners aren't nearly as comfortable with much ankle pressure. I've only skied them once and I'm working on the ankle fit with foam donuts. The liner in the right boot has deep wrinkles in the shin area that I hope (doubt) will smooth out. The lace panels in the front seem like cosmetic junk that just gets in the way... I removed them. I put the liners from my old Raichles in them and they feel much better. I worked in a resort ski shop for 7 years and did a lot of boot fitting and I should have known better that certain boots fit particular feet.
