Dalbello Krypton Cross I.D. Ski Boots 2010: Featuring highly versatile adjustability with smooth and progressive forward flex dynamics, the Dalbello Krypton Cross I.D. Ski Boots are slightly more forgiving in fit and function than the Krypton Pro. A softer flexing tongue and “landing gear” anti-shock footboard are standard equipment.
Dalbello’s Silver ID Thermo liner features a wrap design with rearfoot volume control, Medium Density Ultralon EVA foam, microfleece lining and an expanded volume toe box.
I.D. Thermo liners are factory pre-formed to fit right out of the box. Or, they may be 100% custom formed to the contours of the foot using a simple heat molding procedure.
Dalbello’s Dynalink Heel Retention offers three buckle technology, as opposed to the traditional four. This design keeps your heel fully in place, whether you’re cruising a packed groomer or fighting through deep, fresh powder, making every bump and turn feel completely smooth and natural. You could actually ski having only the middle buckle clamped, leaving the top and bottom buckle undone, which is a true testament to the quality design by Dalbello. The black transparent shell styling with red and white buckles provides a sharp, sleek, high profile appearance. The boots offer forward adjustable flex (90 – 120) as well as an anti-shock footboard to allow for those hard, skied off landings in the park.
98mm Last Krypton is the lowest overall last in the Dalbello collection. Precise and accurate fit, the 98mm last envelopes the anatomic contours of the foot and lower leg for maximum foot retention with enhanced sensitivity and responsiveness.
