Comments about Salomon STH 14 Ski Bindings (130mm Brakes) 2010:

I have them installed on '10 pontoons. Great combo for powder if you don't skin. At first I was not sure about them since they are pretty much all composite, but later found them amazingly sturdy. I think they were designed for fat skis and it shows. Had no pre-releases off small to medium cliffs. Self adjusting wings on toe pieces hold the boot well and transfer power to the edges on an occasional groomer good enough to make it back to the lift. Ease of entry pays off in deep pow (no one is perfect). So far, have no complaints and feel pretty good about them.

      Great Bindings

Look great and practically bullet proof.

Just I personally think just as good as the STH 16 for my type of skiing, but for better value.

Wider breaks perfect for those big pow skiis

I put these bindings on a pair of '10 Liberty Double Helix skis and couldn't be happier. I have used them in utah, canada, and alaska with no problems at all. Highly recommended for powder skis

Comments about Salomon STH 14 Ski Bindings (130mm Brakes) 2010:

Matched this binding up to my Powder ski. Searched and searched for a good setup for my 139 mm underfoot Mavens but most brakes were maxed out at 120mm. The only other binding with a brake that wide that I found was a Look setup but you had to order the brakes separately which meant more money. This binding fits perfectly for my Pow skis and when riding you have that confidence feeling of no fear of untimely release. It's a great binding and well worth the price.

Comments about Salomon STH 14 Ski Bindings (130mm Brakes) 2010:

Although not the best product on the market, these are on my Chopsticks and I love them to death. I was worried at first because they are pretty much all plastic and I tend to beat up all of my gear unless it's made for bc bombers but they are super sturdy. I am continuously impressed by how they hold up in the flexes and bends I put them through on those particular skis yet at the same time how light weight they are.

End of the line, definitely a good buy for someone who likes a sturdy binding and needs that wide of a break!
