Rossignol SAS² 150 Wide Ski Bindings 2009: The Rossignol SAS² 150 Wide Ski Binding is a sleek Pro Freestyle binding. The PX technology is specifically designed for freestyle/freeride. A suspended heel cup provides 25mm of elastic travel, the most available. Increased energy transmission and return create a rebound effect that’s invaluable for park and pipe use, and in order to create the best binding possible, the Look PX was developed based on the criteria of Rossignol’s team riders.

Comments about Rossignol SAS2 150 Wide Ski Bindings 2009:

Great set of bindings! Great construction, great toe pivot. Perfect for Powder/Cliffs/Trees and even in the park or bumps. No problems with them (early release, bad pivots, brakes, screw issues, nothing). Except, they are a little heavier, but they are also a beefy binding. The only step up from this is the Rossi Axial 2 XXL and Rossi SAS 180.

These bindings are very well made. They keep you locked in when it counts. Plus they look great on my Kung Fujas'. Evo has the best prices on the best gear. I will definitely shop here again.

Comments about Rossignol SAS2 150 Wide Ski Bindings 2009:

I use the bindings on a pair of lib techs skis that have magne traction and at first i was discouraged when i couldn't find anyone to mount them and do it straight... but that was the skis, no the bindings. I recently spent a week in smugglers notch doing backcountry and park concentrated stuff and these bindings are hardcore. I weigh 250, and the DIN on these go higher, and if you need to be held in, these will. I feel like i'm not going to pop out if i come off of a rock face a little squirly, but i mean, if you wreck, you'll come out. They give you great support in moguls and high speeds, and overall they come at a real light weight to match. Definitely not a beginners binding.

        Service and delivery comments:

My delivery was pretty quick but i was unimpressed in which the way they came. It had arrived in an oversized box and shook around in my hands like a rattle. To open,I found my bindings, brand new, in pieces. I just wasn't planning on them "falling out of the box, screws and all."

Comments about Rossignol SAS2 150 Wide Ski Bindings 2009:

I'm 6'4", 235 lbs and these bindings are beastly. Fairly lightweight, but super strong. I've tried to pre-release, but was unable to do it even on lower settings. These are great for bigger guys or anyone whose body pulls a lot of force around turns, squirrely landings, or saving potential falls.

Unfortunately, they are also hard to release when you want them off. The force of my pole alone won't trip the mechanism, I have to step on it with the opposite ski. Overall, I'd recommend these. Great price, superb performance.

Comments about Rossignol SAS2 150 Wide Ski Bindings 2009:

The plastic toe plate broke the second day that I used them! Rossignol is replacing the broken part but it still should not have broken so easily. However, they did look sweet on my Mantras.
