Rossignol Freeski2 120 XL Ski Bindings (100 mm) 2010: The 2010 Rossignol Freeski2 120 XL Ski Bindings come with 100mm brakes and are perfect for fat skis. The Dual Action toe piece is reinforced in the high stress areas, which improves the overall structural integrity of the binding. The toe piece has a multi-directional, 180 degree release for maximum performance.
- Construction:The AFD uses a wide Teflon pad to increase friction and binding retention // The titanium lateral arms of the Axial 2 Ti heel piece are angled down to apply greater pressure to the edge of the ski // The heel has 25mm of elastic travel, the longest travel of any binding on the market. This long travel prevents unwanted pre-releasing, ensuring that your ski will stay on when you want it to.
- Special features:The toe and heel of the Axial² screw pattern is the widest pattern on the market. This pattern is a must for wider skis, increasing the torsional interface and creating a stronger coupling between ski and binding. This provides the skier with more leverage and control over the edges, especially crucial on wide skis.
