Product Info

The Rossignol Axial2 100 XL Ski Bindings are high-performance bindings that come with 100 mm brakes that are perfect for fat skis. The reinforced Dual Action toepiece has 180 degree multi-directional release with high vertical and lateral elastic travel to provide shock absorption, reducing inadvertent release. The lateral arms of the heelpiece are angled down for strong power transmission to the edge of the ski. With 25 mm of elastic travel, the heelpiece provides the longest travel of any binding on the market and further prevents unwanted pre-release. The Rossignol Axial2 100 XL is a high-performance binding with a DIN range of 3-10 for junior or lightweight freeskiers.

Comments about Rossignol Axial2 100 XL Ski Bindings 2013:

The toe of the binding is not wide like the 120 and up. It should be since the brake is wide. Unless you need the lower end of the DIN, i'd go with 120.

Comments about Rossignol Axial2 100 XL Ski Bindings 2013:

Bindings do one thing, keep your foot locked to your ski. These do that. Nice flex, decent shock absorption and no frills. Go ahead and pay 300+ for fancy bindings if you want. You'll look great in the lift line...you might even catch up to me in the hill.

Comments about Rossignol Axial2 100 XL Ski Bindings 2013:

This binding is a good all around binding for your all mountain shredding sticks. It is pretty heavy and is hard to get out of due to the tall heel piece. I would not recommend these for someone who needs in and out of their skis often (such as ski instructors and ski patrollers) but for all day all mountain riding they are a great binding, built well.

Comments about Rossignol Axial2 100 XL Ski Bindings 2013:

I'm about 5'8" and 160lbs and I ski very aggressively. I've skied these bindings in the park 2 days and all-mountain for 1 so far. No random ejections, a few appropriate ejections. I've had previous versions of these bindings and I've always felt confident in the product's performance and my safety while using these.
