I am around 6ft. 220, try to stay fit and have lately taken to enjoying the hell out of going fast. A friend of mine races around Lake Tahoe, and he gave me the bug. Consequently, I picked up the PX 15s (with the narrow brake) and later in the year 2010 176 Dynastar Speed Course WC GS skis. The PX 15s were of course designed for that ski, so they were quite easy to install.

There is a tremendous sense of control/power when coming off the flats and initiating turns. I am heavy and I force the skis hard, so the pressure exerted on the PX 15 is substantially more than other bindings. I have not jumped or needed to much, but I have no hesitation cutting in hard on steeps or skidding while slowing down.

These bindings give you several advantages: they are so well and dependable that motions/moves you otherwise would not risk can be executed, and psychologically your confidence rises.

These are by far the best bindings I have ever owned. They are beefy and do not release unless they need to. Although they are entirely metal and slightly on the heavy side they are still lighter than similar DIN racing bindings. At this point I wouldn't consider another binding design, your boot is not coming out of this binding unless it needs too period end of story.

I skied Salomon bindings for 5 years, well I finally made a switch to Look bindings. The PX 15 is great for those aggressive skiers who breaks bindings easily, or the heavy weight people out there. The bits of metal this binding uses makes it burley enough to take hard impacts. The din range is great to hold you foot in, but will release when needed. I've skied everything but powder with these things so far and I love them. I highly suggest them to any aggressive park rat, racer, or any individual expert skier.

Have these on some 191 Volkl Mantras. These bindings are not gonna break. Titanium throughout. Burly bomber bindings.

Great binding. I've landed 3's, flips and more on these and they let me out before i tear my knees apart but keep me in so i can ride off like it was no biggie.
